SHIPPING POLICY

We offer 3 different UK shipping options for most of our products:

1.  Standard delivery on small sized items (eg. keyrings, Christmas decorations etc)

7 working days order processing time + delivery time - £1.95

​

2.  Tracked delivery on medium sized items (eg. house & garden signs, t-shirts, hoodies etc)

7 working days order processing time + delivery time - from £3.95

Larger Items £3.95

As a standard we use Royal Mail - tracking will be provided where available & can be tracked on their website:

3.  Large items (eg. wedding welcome signs etc) are sent using DPD Local

14 working days order processing time + delivery time £10.95

Return & Exchange Policy

Of course we hope that you love your item just as much as we do, if however you are unhappy with the product you have received, please contact us within 7 day of receipt to discuss; you can email us at hello@shindigg.co.uk.

What item's cannot be returned?

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:

  • Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard customisation options offered by Shindigg to all customers), is personalised, in your chosen shape, colour, sizing, personalised with your own details eg. name/date/address or otherwise, can't be resold due to a bespoke element.

  • Personal items such as clothing - if Shindigg tags have been removed unfortunately they cannot be returned/refunded.

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.

How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a cancelable product

Contact us directly to let us know that you wish to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product.

Returning your order to Shindigg

Once you have contacted us and have confirmation for your return, please follow the below steps to return your order.

1. Re-package where possible the item(s) in original packaging using the return address label provided on your dispatch note.

2.  We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service such as Royal Mail Tracked 24 and please retain your proof of postage.  Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost and responsibility of returning the product.

 

​3.  Once received, we will then on inspection of the item(s) issue a refund/replacement where applicable.
